Delete your Butler Bell account and data
You can ask us to delete your Butler Bell account and all its data, or only some of your data, at any time.
How to request deletion

Send us a request from the email address or phone number you use to sign in to the Butler Bell app — by email to [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 99045 58808. You can use the form on this page to prepare the email.

We confirm that the account belongs to you by contacting you at your registered email or phone.

We delete your data within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
Data that is deleted
- Account details
- Your name, email address, phone number, password and sign-in (Google) link.
- Business setup
- Business and outlet details, categories, products, variants, add-ons, taxes and (where used) tables and areas.
- Orders & sales
- Orders, bills, kitchen tickets, past orders and sales reports.
- Customers
- Customer names, phone numbers, emails, dates of birth and notes you saved.
- Devices
- Registered device identifiers and printer settings.
Data that is kept
- Subscription & payment records
- Invoices for your Butler Bell subscription are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, then deleted.
- Backups
- Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before it is overwritten.
Data stored on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app. Deleting your account can't be undone. If you want to keep your sales history, export your reports first.
